Up to $3,000 NEW HIRE BONUS (See location for details) *

2025-26 SY, $25.50 - $28.50 per hour for bus drivers* 2026-27 SY, $ 26.00 - $30.00 per hour for bus drivers* $21 p/h for trips and charters $0.50 p/h 401(k) company contribution for all hours worked

Pay based on experience, see location for details * Paid weekly Flexible Hours – no Nights or Weekends required* Time off during school holidays

Hours:

Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am/pm route package* Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude Safely transport passengers Assists students in the loading and unloading process Good verbal communication skills

Communities Served: Carol Stream, Streamwood, Bartlett, Roselle, & Hanover Park. * Requirements:

At least 21 years old Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years Pass a background check, drug screen & physical Conditions apply - see location for details
