The posting

This role bridges business requirements and data solutions, transforming stakeholder needs into dashboards, reports, KPI frameworks, and analytical capabilities that drive better decision-making. Partnering with business stakeholders and a US-based business analysis team, you will deliver and continuously improve BI solutions while supporting the ongoing operation of the organization's reporting and analytics platforms. Sitting within a regional analytics team, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions to ensure BI solutions remain reliable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business needs, while helping raise the organization's overall data and analytical maturity and decision-making capability.

What You'll Do

  • Clarify and translate business requirements into functional specifications, data requirements, reporting logic, and dashboard scope
  • Design and build BI reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions based on approved requirements
  • Convert business process scenarios and KPI needs into practical, user-friendly visual analytics solutions
  • Support testing, validation, user acceptance, and deployment of BI solutions
  • Troubleshoot report defects, data discrepancies, refresh failures, and performance issues, coordinating with data engineering and infrastructure teams to restore service
  • Maintain service documentation, support guides, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor BI service, dashboard, and report usage and data accuracy, recommending improvements where needed
  • Support KPI definition, performance tracking, and management reporting needs

Core Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics delivery, reporting, or business systems analysis
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis and reporting logic
  • Experience designing executive dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI scorecards
  • Business-fluent English (read, write, verbal)

Bonus Skills

  • Experience applying AI capabilities to reporting and analytics, such as prompt engineering or natural-language and conversational analytics
  • Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik certification
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL v4 Foundation
