The posting

About Nanobit

Nanobit is a Zagreb-based mobile entertainment studio and part of Stillfront Group. For 15+ years we've built games and interactive stories played by tens of millions of people worldwide. We're now building ReelSaga, a short-form vertical drama app, with the same craft and audience focus that has defined our games.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own how ReelSaga grows through paid media. You'll set the UA strategy, own the budget and the forecast, and be the person the studio relies on for the answer to "is our spend working, and where should the next euro go?"

You'll take ownership of specific channels, tests and reporting workstreams, with direct collaboration across the product, content and creative teams.

The short drama category is new, the audience behavior is different from gaming, and the playbook is being written in real time. We're looking for someone who's energised by that.

What you'll do

• Own UA strategy and budget. Set channel mix, geo and platform priorities, and ROAS / payback targets. Build the monthly and quarterly plan, defend it, and reallocate as the data moves.

• Run and scale the core channels. Meta (app and web-to-app), AppLovin, plus evaluation and launch of new networks and DSPs. Decide what to scale, what to test and what to stop.

• Own the web-to-app engine. Web funnels, paywalls, the CTA-to-store handoff, deep linking and attribution between web and app. Work with the funnel partner and product on pricing, offers and funnel experiments, judged on revenue per user, not step conversion alone.

• Own measurement integrity. Keep AppsFlyer, the web funnel, ad networks and BI reconciled. Know which source is truth for which decision.

• Forecast and report. Cohort LTV and ROAS curves, D7-to-D30/D60 projections, channel P&L and contribution margin. Present results and the plan to the team.

• Lead the creative feedback loop. Turn new episodes and series into UA creative with the creative and content teams: hooks, cliffhanger cuts, recaps, UGC, playables, AI-produced variants. Design the testing system (budgets, thresholds, decision rules) so winners are picked on revenue quality, not CTR.

• Partner with product and content. Feed UA learnings into onboarding, pricing and which series get promoted. Bring product and content insight back into targeting and creative.

• Manage partners. Own relationships with network account managers, agencies and vendors. Negotiate tests, credits and terms, and hold partners accountable on performance.

• Push AI and automation. Build and adopt AI workflows for reporting, anomaly detection, creative production, research and campaign operations. Treat manual repetition as a bug.

• Track the category. Know what competitors are doing on channels, creative, pricing and markets, before it becomes obvious.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of hands-on UA or performance marketing in mobile apps, with personal ownership of a six-figure monthly budget across several channels.

• Deep expertise on Paid Social and SDK Networks.

• Strong measurement depth: AppsFlyer (or Adjust / Singular), SKAN / AdAttributionKit, privacy constraints, and when to use incrementality testing instead of attribution.

• Analytical rigour: cohort analysis, LTV modelling and forecasting, and the habit of decomposing a metric before acting on it.

• Creative judgement: you can write a brief that a creative team can execute, read a creative test correctly, and explain why an asset works.

• Ownership and stakeholder skills: you present plans and bad news to leadership clearly, and you make decisions without waiting for a perfect dataset.

• Active, daily use of AI tools, with at least one workflow you built yourself.

• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription / IAP hybrid monetisation models, paywall optimisation, or content-driven LTV curves.

• Solid understanding of web and web-to-app funnels — landing pages, conversion tracking, attribution between web and mobile, and how to optimize the handoff.

• Exposure to vertical video, short-form content, or DTC entertainment apps.

• Familiarity with influencer / creator-led UA, UGC creative pipelines, or AI creative tooling.

• A track record running a 0→1 launch end-to-end — go-to-market plan, funnel build, channel mix, geo strategy, KPI/benchmark setting and scale-up post-launch.

What we offer

• A live product, a real budget, and the mandate to shape how UA works at ReelSaga.

• Direct collaboration with the product, content and creative teams that ship the actual show, not just the marketing surface.

• Additional financial benefits based on annual success, such as a Christmas bonus, Easter bonus, summer bonus, 13th salary, referral bonuses and covered transportation expenses.

• Work-life balance: flexible working hours and a hybrid model, with office days Tuesday to Thursday, an hour-long lunch break and 24 days of annual leave.

• Multisport membership, a free annual health check-up, snacks, free lunch on office days and occasional discounts on services and products.

• Kindergarten compensation and a baby bonus for new parents.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
