Operativer Einkauf und Materialbeschaffung

  • Du führst den wöchentlichen Planungslauf durch und sicherst so eine effiziente Materialbeschaffung für unsere Produktion.
  • Du bestellst Artikel und Dienstleistungen für Forschung und Entwicklung sowie für den sonstigen Betriebsbedarf.
  • Du stellst eine termingerechte und korrekte Beschaffung sicher, pflegst und überwachst bestellrelevante Daten im ERP-System.
  • Du pflegst Artikelstammdaten und sorgst für deren Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit.

Strategische Beschaffung und Lieferantenmanagement

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Beschaffungsstrategien zur Optimierung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferantenleistung.
  • Du verhandelst übergeordnete Vertrags- und Lieferbedingungen, um die wirtschaftlich-kommerzielle und technische Zusammenarbeit langfristig optimal aufzustellen

Zusammenarbeit und Prozessverbesserung

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Forschung und Entwicklung, Produktion und Supply Chain zusammen, damit technische Anforderungen an Komponenten und Dienstleistungen für Bestandsprodukte und Neuentwicklungen erfüllt werden.
  • Du unterstützt abteilungsübergreifende Projekte zur Steigerung von Automatisierung, Prozesseffizienz und strategischen Beschaffungsinitiativen.
  • Du entwickelst Notfallpläne und sicherst alternative Bezugsquellen, um Lieferrisiken zu minimieren.
  • Du pflegst Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessbeschreibungen.

Dein Profil

  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld, inklusive Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen
  • Gutes Verständnis von Beschaffungsprozessen sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Prozessverbesserung und Automatisierung
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, datenbasiert zu entscheiden
  • Nachweisbare Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit wechselnden Strukturen und Marktbedingungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
