Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Controle de Despesas, responsável por apoiar os processos de controle, análise e acompanhamento das informações financeiras e contábeis da empresa, contribuindo para a confiabilidade dos dados, elaboração de relatórios, acompanhamento de resultados e suporte à tomada de decisões.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar os processos de controladoria e acompanhamento das informações financeiras e contábeis.
  • Elaborar e analisar relatórios financeiros, gerenciais e de resultados.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e análise de receitas, custos, despesas e resultados.
  • Apoiar o fechamento mensal e a consolidação das informações financeiras.
  • Realizar análises de variações entre valores realizados, orçados e previstos.
  • Acompanhar orçamento, planejamento financeiro e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar controles relacionados a custos e despesas.
  • Apoiar a preparação de informações para reportes gerenciais e à matriz.
  • Realizar análises de dados e identificar inconsistências nas informações financeiras.
  • Apoiar a elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento anual.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho financeiro e operacional.
  • Apoiar os processos de auditoria interna e externa, disponibilizando documentos e informações.
  • Realizar conciliações e conferências de informações contábeis e financeiras.
  • Garantir a organização e confiabilidade das informações utilizadas nos relatórios.
  • Apoiar as áreas internas na análise de informações e indicadores.
  • Participar da melhoria dos processos e controles internos da área.
  • Elaborar apresentações e relatórios para suporte à tomada de decisões.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas Financeira, Contábil e demais áreas envolvidas nos processos de controladoria.

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na área de Controladoria, Financeiro ou Contabilidade.
  • Conhecimento em análise de demonstrações financeiras e resultados.
  • Conhecimento em orçamento, custos e despesas.
  • Conhecimento em conciliação e fechamento contábil.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP.
