Suas atividades serão:

  • Atuar no planejamento e gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, garantindo o abastecimento de materiais e produtos de acordo com as necessidades da operação;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento de demanda, considerando as necessidades dos clientes e diferentes horizontes de planejamento;
  • Desenvolver previsões de demanda de médio e longo prazo (N+2 e N+5), contribuindo para o planejamento de materiais, produção e compras;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar planos de remessa e o plano mestre de produção, alinhando demanda, disponibilidade de materiais e capacidade produtiva;
  • Planejar as necessidades de materiais e acompanhar os níveis de estoque, identificando riscos de falta ou excesso de materiais;
  • Emitir e acompanhar ordens de compra junto aos fornecedores chineses, garantindo o atendimento das necessidades planejadas;
  • Coordenar o fluxo logístico internacional, acompanhando embarques marítimos, documentação, prazos e status das mercadorias junto aos fornecedores;
  • Coordenar, em conjunto com despachantes aduaneiros e agentes de carga, os processos de importação e desembaraço aduaneiro, garantindo a liberação das mercadorias dentro dos prazos necessários;
  • Monitorar os prazos de entrega e identificar possíveis impactos no abastecimento, atuando na resolução de desvios e ocorrências logísticas;
  • Analisar dados e indicadores de Supply Chain, identificando riscos, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de planejamento, logística e abastecimento;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Compras, Produção, Logística, Comercial e demais áreas envolvidas, garantindo o alinhamento entre demanda, materiais e operação.

  • Ensino superior em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento de todo o processo de importação e exportação, desde a preparação documental até a liberação e entrega da carga
  • Conhecimento da legislação aduaneira brasileira, classificação fiscal de mercadorias e códigos NCM
  • Conhecimento dos acordos comerciais aplicáveis, incluindo o MERCOSUL
  • Experiência com o Siscomex e demais sistemas relacionados às operações de comércio exterior
  • Conhecimento de sistemas ERP, preferencialmente TOTVS e/ou SAP
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel
  • Inglês para comunicação profissional com fornecedores e parceiros internacionais
  • Boa capacidade analítica, organização, planejamento, comunicação e acompanhamento de prazos
