Suas atividades serão:

  • Atuar na sustentação, manutenção e suporte do sistema SAP, com foco no módulo FICO e nas integrações com os módulos MM e SD;
  • Identificar, analisar e solucionar incidentes e falhas sistêmicas, contribuindo para a estabilidade e a melhoria contínua das aplicações;
  • Analisar demandas das áreas de negócio, realizar levantamento de requisitos e propor soluções alinhadas às necessidades operacionais e financeiras da empresa;
  • Apoiar a integração entre os módulos SAP, especialmente nos processos de Logística e Finanças, incluindo documentos contábeis e determinação de preços;
  • Atuar na sustentação do sistema MES, desenvolvido internamente, realizando levantamento e análise de requisitos para aprimorar os processos industriais;
  • Realizar consultas a bancos de dados para análise de informações, identificação de inconsistências e apoio à resolução de problemas;
  • Elaborar especificações técnicas e documentar requisitos para desenvolvimento e ajustes nos sistemas;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe de TI da matriz na China, apoiando a manutenção, a resolução de incidentes e a evolução das soluções;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos sistemas e dos processos de negócio relacionados à operação industrial.

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida com SAP, especialmente no módulo FICO;
  • Conhecimento dos processos de integração entre FICO e os módulos MM/SD;
  • Conhecimento dos processos de negócio da indústria de manufatura, especialmente retirada de materiais para produção, planejamento e apontamento da produção, controle de etapas produtivas e expedição;
  • Conhecimento em consultas a bancos de dados;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e habilidade para diagnóstico e resolução de problemas;
  • Facilidade para levantar requisitos, elaborar especificações técnicas e interagir com áreas de negócio e equipes de TI.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento do programa de localização fiscal brasileira J1BTAX;
  • Experiência com determinação de preços e condições comerciais nos módulos MM/SD;
  • Conhecimento em ABAP e experiência com Debug;
  • Experiência com SAP S/4HANA;
  • Vivência em projetos de implementação de SAP em empresas multinacionais do setor industrial;
  • Experiência com sistemas MES em ambientes de manufatura.
