Estamos em busca de um(a) Subgerente de Qualidade, para desenvolver e gerenciar os processos relativos a qualidade do produto, envolvendo os setores de IQC (Incoming Quality Control), Qualidade do Processo, LQN (Laboratório da Qualidade), Metrologia e Assistência Técnica, visando assegurar a qualidade dos produtos da empresa e a satisfação das necessidades dos clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Estabelecer e implementar padrões para inspeções de todo o processo (SMT aos produtos acabados) e especificações de inspeção para todas as operações, atualizar, revisar instruções de trabalho e ministrar treinamentos.
  • Gerenciar tarefas relacionadas a qualidade, como registros de inspeção de rotina. (IPQC) e a resolução de problemas detectados durante as inspeções
  • Supervisionar a confirmação da inspeção de primeira peça, o monitoramento de registro de verificação durante o process.
  • Conduzir reuniões semanais de cadeia de valor para impulsionar melhorias na qualidade.
  • Analisar, verificar e encerrar não conformidades por clientes externos ou auditorias internas.
  • Realizar a elaboração de respostos 8D e a preparação da documentação para auditorias de clientes.

  • Ensino superior em: Engenharia, Qualidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão da Qualidade, Gestão Industrial ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência em Gestão de Controle de Qualidade em processo (IPQC).
  • Conhecimento no sistema TOTVS será um diferencial.
