Job Summary

Lead student recruitment efforts by developing strategies, engaging new markets, and building strong relationships to achieve enrollment targets and support the school’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
  • Identify and engage new student markets through schools, agents, education fairs, roadshows, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, education agents, and partner institutions to support recruitment
  • Organize and represent the school at marketing events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Provide accurate course counseling and guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment and enrollment process
  • Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed enrollments
  • Monitor recruitment pipeline and prepare regular performance and enrollment reports for management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns supporting recruitment activities
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for student growth
  • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the admission process
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience of 3 years in student recruitment within a private education institution
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia; exposure to markets beyond Asia is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of higher education and student recruitment trends
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate business plan implementation effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset with commitment to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines
