  • Coordinate logistics including transportation, security, catering, photography, AV, branding, and meeting room setup
  • Draft and maintain run-of-show documents for each visit

Arrival & On-Site Experience

  • Support customized MarketSite tours, meeting coordination, tower photo opportunities, and bell ceremonies
  • Manage timing and transitions throughout each visit to ensure a smooth flow

Departure & Continuity

  • Coordinate delivery of photos, videos, and branded assets to guests
  • Confirm follow-up steps and capture visit notes and guest preferences
  • Maintain records to support Listings, Sales, and Marketing teams

Program Support

  • Contribute to SOP libraries, guest preference databases, and hospitality standards
  • Track metrics such as guest satisfaction, photography turnaround time, and issue resolution
  • Help identify opportunities to elevate and scale the program

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in hospitality, event production, guest relations, or executive support
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Calm, composed problem-solver who performs well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset
  • Discretion and professionalism when working with senior executives and high-profile guests
  • Flexibility to support early morning bell ceremonies and occasional evening events

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently flawless execution across all five phases of the guest journey
  • Positive guest and internal stakeholder feedback
  • Fast, accurate turnaround on assets and follow-ups
  • A reputation for anticipating needs before they are expressed

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
