  • Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions, helping shape how we build and evolve our systems.
  • Investigate production issues and help ensure the reliable operation of business-critical platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates — including business analysts, testers, architects, and client representatives — to align on objectives and deliver outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Some years of professional experience developing backend applications in Java.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain reliable, scalable, and testable software throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, structured, and ownership-driven approach.
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English, comfortable working in cross-functional, global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of capital markets, including clearing, settlement, trading, or financial instruments.
  • Experience working with complex, distributed, and transaction-intensive systems.
  • Familiarity with build, delivery, and monitoring practices in a continuous delivery environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
