The posting

Drive meaningful client engagement in a purpose-led national organisation where your work directly supports quality, safety and trust across Australia's industries.

The National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) is Australia's national accreditation body. We provide independent assurance of the technical competence and integrity of organisations for clients who require confidence in the delivery of their products and services.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Strategic Engagement and Communications team. In this role, you will support the delivery of client engagement activities by coordinating established processes, responding to client needs and ensuring activities are completed accurately and consistently.

Working closely with the Client Engagement Manager and teams across NATA, you will coordinate day-to-day client engagement processes, respond to enquiries and feedback, maintain accurate client information and support positive relationships with prospective, new and existing clients. You will also use client feedback and data to identify opportunities for service and process improvement.

This is an opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys following established processes, coordinating multiple activities and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will play an important role in ensuring client engagement activities are delivered consistently, professionally and in line with NATA's requirements.

About the role

  • Coordinate client engagement activities in accordance with established processes, procedures and service requirements.
  • Support established processes relating to new accreditation enquiries, client surveys, member recognition and other client engagement activities.
  • Respond to client enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner, following appropriate processes and escalating matters where required.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with prospective, new and existing clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client engagement data, records and information across relevant systems and databases.
  • Monitor and follow up client engagement activities to ensure actions are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Analyse client feedback and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for service and process improvement.
  • Assist with client engagement projects and meetings, including plans, agendas, minutes, coordination and follow-up actions.
  • Work collaboratively across NATA to support consistent client engagement and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and provide practical recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in areas such as business, project coordination, client engagement or relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and procedures while coordinating multiple activities accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and information.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and the ability to build effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and responsive approach to client enquiries and feedback.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting on activities or projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify issues and recommend practical improvements.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using software applications, CRM platforms and databases, with the ability and willingness to learn new systems.
  • The ability to exercise sound judgement, appropriately escalate matters and maintain confidentiality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
