Sales Director

Location: Dubai

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer Works closely with: Marketing Manager; Development Director; Finance

Role Purpose

To lead DevelopSure's property sales function and achieve approved sales, revenue, pricing and collection objectives across the development portfolio.

  • Pricing implementation.
  • Inventory management.
  • CRM discipline.
  • Sales conversion.
  • Customer sales journey
  • Detailed Responsibilities
  • Prepare project sales strategies.
  • Establish sales targets with the CCO.
  • Manage internal sales personnel.
  • Develop and manage broker relationships.
  • Coordinate broker onboarding and project training.
  • Manage inventory releases.
  • Implement approved pricing and payment plans.
  • Monitor reservations and sales.
  • Maintain sales pipeline forecasts.
  • Ensure all leads are captured in the CRM.
  • Monitor lead response and conversion.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Provide market/customer feedback to Development and Marketing.
  • Monitor discounts and incentives within approved parameters.
  • Coordinate sales documentation with Legal/Compliance.
  • Ensure KYC/AML requirements are followed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
