De uitdaging

Vanuit het facilitaire team ga je onderzoeken hoe de processen rondom onze receptie momenteel zijn ingericht. Je kijkt met een frisse blik naar de manier waarop werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd, waar knelpunten zitten en waar processen efficiënter, duidelijker of eenduidiger kunnen.

Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is: de receptie efficiënter maken en zorgen dat verbeterde werkwijzen goed worden geborgd.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • De huidige facilitaire processen rondom de receptie in kaart brengen;
  • In gesprek gaan met collega's om te begrijpen hoe werkzaamheden nu worden uitgevoerd;
  • Kijken waar processen slimmer, efficiënter of duidelijker kunnen;
  • Verbeteringen aandragen en uitwerken;
  • Werkinstructies, procedures en afspraken opstellen;
  • Waar mogelijk helpen bij de implementatie van de verbeteringen.

Je kijkt vanuit een facilitaire en procesmatige rol naar de receptie: hoe kunnen we het slimmer organiseren en ervoor zorgen dat de nieuwe werkwijze ook in de toekomst wordt gevolgd?

Opdracht:

Je brengt de huidige processen en dienstverlening van de receptie in kaart. Daarbij kijk je naar ontvangst en gastvrijheid, uitgifte van middelen, post en pakketten, telefoon en mailbox en de ondersteunende rol binnen de BHV-organisatie. Je onderzoekt waar deze processen gastvrijer, efficiënter, duurzamer, duidelijker en eenduidiger kunnen worden ingericht. Je werkt verbeteringen uit, ondersteunt waar mogelijk de implementatie en legt de nieuwe werkwijzen vast. Ook stel je voor hoe de kwaliteit, opvolging en resultaten meetbaar kunnen worden gemaakt, zodat de verbeteringen duurzaam worden geborgd binnen de organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je volgt een hbo opleiding in de richting van Facilitaire Dienstverlening, Facility Management of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je bent de Nederlandse taal machtig;
  • Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage met een duidelijke verbeteropdracht;
  • Je vindt het leuk om processen uit te pluizen en structuur aan te brengen;
  • Je bent analytisch en denkt graag na over hoe dingen slimmer kunnen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar weet ook de juiste collega's te betrekken;
  • Je durft vragen te stellen en komt zelf met ideeën;
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld: je wilt niet alleen een advies schrijven, maar ook helpen om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren.
