Responsável por coordenar as equipes de Recursos humanos, Departamento Pessoal e SESMT, acompanhando as demandas relativas a pessoal.

Validar e acompanhar todas as etapas dos processos cumpridos pelo setor;

Coordenar o processo do planejamento de férias, tratramento de ponto, admissão, demissão e outros, junto ao departamento pessoal;

Coordenar o processo de recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, endomarketing e outros, junto ao recursos humanos;

Coordenar o processo de elaboração de documentos, visitas técnicas, aplicação de normas de segurança, planejamento de DSS e treinamentos, fornecimento de EPIs e outros, junto ao SESMT;

Identificar as necessidades de pessoal na organização por meio das métricas de produtividade e outros;

Elaborar perfis de cargos, vagas e quadros cumprindo requisitos específicos;

Planejar e acompanhar processos de Levantamento de necessidade de treinamento, Avaliação de Desempenho, PDI e outros;

Facilitar a participação em cursos de atualização externos e internos para a promoção da educação continuada;

Criar e implementar programas de treinamento e capacitação com base no planejamento estratégico da empresa;

Implementar e acompanhar políticas de desenvolvimento de pessoal e retenção de talentos;

Garantir que a empresa esteja em conformidade com as regulamentações trabalhistas, de saúde e de qualidade conforme legislação vigente;

Revisar e atualizar políticas internas e outras documentações referentes ao setor;

Cumprir e fazer cumprir uma cultura de valores, ética e comprometimento com a missão da empresa através de ações de endomarketing e outras estratégias;

Dar suporte em situações de mediação de conflitos entre membros de equipe, através da atuação do RH;

Planejar e acompanhar aplicação anual de pesquisa de clima;

Desenvolver programas que promovam a saúde e o bem-estar dos funcionários;

Utilizar dados para tomar decisões estratégicas de gestão de pessoal;

Facilitar a comunicação interna, garantindo que o acesso às informações como direitos, deveres, mudanças e atualizações, sejam disseminadas;

Desenvolver e aplicar soluções inovadoras voltadas para as necessidades organizacionais.
