Over het werk

Als assistant ben je onmisbaar voor het functioneren van jouw team; je ondersteunt het administratief, juridisch en financieel. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit complex agendabeheer, verwerking van documenten in MS Office, uitwerken van correspondentie (Engels en Nederlands), extern klantencontact, ondersteunen van financiële administratie en dossierbeheer.

Jij bent

  • een professional met bij voorkeur enige juridische of administratieve werkervaring, met mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau en een relevante opleiding;
  • een geboren planner, aanpakker en detaillist, servicegericht, flexibel en stressbestendig;
  • communicatief sterk en kunt je uitstekend uitdrukken in het Nederlands, mondeling én schriftelijk;
  • 4 tot 5 dagen beschikbaar per week.

Tot slot spreekt het ons aan als je bereid bent onze ambities op het gebied van Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen te ondersteunen.
