Din roll

Vill du ha helhetsansvaret för att bygga upp och utveckla vår inköpsfunktion från grunden? Nautrik söker en operativ och strategisk Inköpschef som trivs i en dynamisk miljö där det operativa arbetet varvas med långsiktig strategi. Du kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att säkra våra leveranskedjor för avancerad elektronik och hårdvara, forma avdelningens framtida processer och på sikt bygga samt leda ditt eget team med personalansvar

Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

  • Utforma, implementera och utveckla Nautriks inköpsstrategi och processer från grunden.
  • Arbeta operativt med inköp av komplex elektronik, komponenter och hårdvara till våra autonoma system.
  • Identifiera, utvärdera och förhandla strategiska leverantörskontrakt samt säkerställa robusta och säkra leveranskedjor.
  • Ansvara för leverantörsuppföljning gällande kvalitet, ledtider och kostnadseffektivitet.
  • Leda och utveckla inköpsavdelningen framåt, vilket på sikt innebär formellt personalansvar för ett växande team.

För att trivas i rollen har du:

  • 5+ års erfarenhet av brett inköpsarbete, där du framgångsrikt har kombinerat operativt arbete med strategiskt tänk.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att hantera och förhandla komplexa leverantörskontrakt samt god förståelse för kommersiell juridik.
  • En strukturerad, driven och lösningsorienterad arbetsstil – du tar egna initiativ och motiveras av att bygga upp strukturer som saknas.
  • Stark kommunikativ förmåga och fallenhet för att bygga långsiktiga, professionella relationer både internt och externt.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av elektronikinköp eller inköp inom tillverkande industri och högteknologiska miljöer.
  • Bakgrund från försvarsindustrin eller den marina sektorn (erfarenhet av FMV-processer eller maritima system är ett stort plus).
  • Erfarenhet av att ha byggt upp en inköpsfunktion eller tidigare erfarenhet av personalledande roller.

Allmänna krav:

  • Du ska vara svensk medborgare.
  • Du ska bo eller vara i processen att flytta till Stockholm.
  • Du ska klara en säkerhetsprövning.
  • Du ska vara beredd att resa för tjänsten både inom och utanför Sverige.
  • Du ska kunna uttrycka dig väl på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
