The posting

Nautrik är ett av Sveriges snabbast växande defensetech bolag. Vi utvecklar avancerade autonoma marina system med fokus på autonomi, sensorfusion och samverkan mellan flera enheter och domäner.

Våra lösningar är kostnadseffektiva, anpassningsbara och utvecklade för svenska och allierade försvarsmakter.

Vi arbetar redan med svenska försvarsmyndigheter och deltar i nationella och internationella övningar. Idag är vi drygt 30 personer och växer snabbt.

Nu söker vi en säkerhetschef som vill bygga vår säkerhetsfunktion från grunden.

Rollen

Du ansvarar för att etablera och driva vårt säkerhetsarbete i takt med att bolaget skalar, både strategiskt och operativt.

Det här är en roll där du behöver kombinera struktur med tempo och kontinuerligt göra välavvägda beslut mellan affär, tillväxt och säkerhet.

Vi söker dig med hög integritet, som är trygg i att fatta egna beslut och stå för dem, även när det innebär att säga nej.

Ansvar:

  • Bygga och utveckla säkerhetsskyddsorganisation
  • Ta fram styrdokument, processer och rutiner
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585)
  • Ansvara för personal-, informations- och fysisk säkerhet
  • Arbeta med skalskydd, passersystem och larm
  • Genomföra risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser samt driva åtgärdsarbete
  • Utveckla incidenthantering
  • Utbilda och stödja organisationen i säkerhetsfrågor
  • Vara kontaktpunkt gentemot myndigheter

Vi tror att du:

  • Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av säkerhetsarbete
  • Har erfarenhet av säkerhetsskyddsarbete i säkerhetskänslig verksamhet
  • Har god kunskap om säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585)
  • Har bakgrund från försvar, myndighet eller liknande (meriterande)
  • Har erfarenhet av personal-, fysisk- eller IT-säkerhet
  • Är strukturerad, analytisk och självgående
  • Är kommunikativ och pedagogisk
  • Relevant utbildning inom säkerhet/risk, YH, officers- eller polisexamen eller motsvarande erfarenhet är meriterande.
