Dein Beitrag zur Lösung

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung, Entwicklung und Ausschöpfung unseres Bestandskundenportfolios und sorgst dafür, dass aus zufriedenen Kunden langfristige Partnerschaften werden. Dabei verantwortest du unter anderem:

  • Die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung eines definierten Key-Account-Portfolios.
  • Den Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheider-Ebene sowie die Rolle als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.
  • Die Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen sowie die aktive Vermarktung zusätzlicher Module, Lizenzen und Serviceleistungen.
  • Die Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Account-Pläne inkl. Umsatz-, Potenzial- und Risikoeinschätzung je Kunde.
  • Die Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung inkl. Vertragsverlängerungen und Reduktion von Abwanderung
  • Die Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen bei Erweiterungen, Verlängerungen und Anpassungen bestehender Verträge.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Consulting, Support und Produktmanagement zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Kundenerlebnisses.
  • Die aktive Nutzung und Pflege des CRM-Systems als verbindliche Arbeitsgrundlage.
  • Die Durchführung regelmäßiger Kunden-Reviews zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Partnerschaft.
  • Das Reporting an den Director Sales & Marketing.

Deine Werkzeuge zum Erfolg

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management oder Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Software-/IT-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung und strategischen Entwicklung von Bestandskunden sowie im Beziehungsmanagement auf Entscheider-Ebene.
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, langfristige Wachstumspotenziale zu erkennen und zu heben.
  • Verhandlungssicherheit sowie Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung und -verlängerung.
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen sowie strukturierten Account-Management-Methoden.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie ein hohes Maß an Verbindlichkeit und Serviceorientierung.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und Begeisterung für digitale Finanzprozesse und die IT-Branche.
  • Praktischer, nachweislicher Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools im Vertriebsalltag (z. B. für Kundenrecherche, Account-Analysen oder Vorbereitung von Kundengesprächen) – kein Neuland, sondern gelebte Praxis.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse.

Faire Bezahlung ist uns wichtig! Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 5.000,-. Je nach deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation sind wir selbstverständlich bereit, ein höheres Gehalt anzubieten.
