Du möchtest Controlling nicht nur verwalten, sondern unsere Unternehmensgruppe mit klaren Analysen und verlässlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen aktiv mit steuern? Dann bring deine Erfahrung in unser Group Controlling ein und entwickle Reporting, Planung und Prozesse gemeinsam mit uns weiter.

  • Du erstellst und analysierst den monatlichen und quartalsweisen Management-Report für unsere Unternehmensgruppe und unterstützt damit fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Budgetierung, Mehrjahresplanung und Forecasts mit und koordinierst diese mit den einzelnen Gesellschaften und Fachbereichen.
  • Du führst Soll-Ist-, Abweichungs- und Trendanalysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Kennzahlen, Self-Service-Reports und BI-Dashboards weiter und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
  • Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management, Geschäftsführung und interne Stakeholder.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Finance-Verantwortlichen und Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt bei anspruchsvollen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Du bringst dich in gruppenweite Projekte ein und verbesserst Reporting-, Planungs- und Controlling- Prozesse kontinuierlich.

Deine Werkzeuge zum Erfolg

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Betriebswirtschaft bilden deine fachliche Grundlage.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensgruppe mit komplexen Strukturen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel und verfügst über Erfahrung mit Reporting- und BI-Lösungen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Power BI.
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Management-Reporting mit.
  • Du analysierst Zusammenhänge rasch, arbeitest strukturiert und bereitest Ergebnisse verständlich und adressatengerecht auf.
  • Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest zuverlässig und bringst Themen mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke ins Ziel.
  • In Budgetierungs-, Forecast- und Abschlussphasen arbeitest du gemeinsam mit dem Team fokussiert und lösungsorientiert an erfolgreichen Ergebnissen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Faire Bezahlung ist uns wichtig! Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 4.600,-. Je nach deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation sind wir selbstverständlich bereit, ein höheres Gehalt anzubieten.
