Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field ● 3+ years of hands-on experience working in container terminal operations (yard planning, vessel planning, rail operations, gate operations, or equipment dispatch) ● OR 3+ years implementing or supporting Terminal Operating Systems at container terminals ● Strong understanding of container terminal workflows including vessel operations, yard management, rail loading/unloading, and gate processes ● Direct experience with intermodal handoffs between marine terminals and rail/truck operations ● Familiarity with real-time optimization and job dispatching in automated environments ● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; ability to structure complicated issues and find creative solutions ● Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences ● Passion for making the complex simple and creating exceptional products that end-users can implement and use effectively

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
