As Maintenance Officer you will be joining the Maintenance Team.

Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work.
  • Attend breakdowns and maintenance requests.
  • Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect building facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors.
  • Maintain electrical, plumbing, AC, and other facility systems.
  • Keep maintenance records and service schedules updated.
  • Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in building/facility maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle maintenance breakdowns.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and attend emergency maintenance when required.

Located in one multifunctional building, the campus features purpose-built biomedical, engineering and computer labs, a digital hub, large modern library, modern classrooms, student collaboration spaces and a coffee lounge.
