Procuramos um(a) profissional com sólida base técnica em Java, visão analítica e pensamento crítico. Aqui, o desenvolvimento é orientado por especificações (spec-driven) e potencializado por assistentes de IA: o código é apenas uma parte da entrega. O diferencial está em definir bem o problema, direcionar a ferramenta e avaliar criticamente os resultados.

Local: Bom Retiro, Curitiba/PR

Modelo de trabalho: Presencial, com possibilidade de 1 dia de home office.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Analisar requisitos técnicos e regras de negócio, transformando-os em especificações claras, verificáveis e testáveis, que orientem tanto o time quanto os assistentes de IA.
  • Conduzir o desenvolvimento com o apoio de assistentes de IA, definindo contexto, escopo e critérios de aceite antes da geração do código.
  • Revisar criticamente o código gerado por IA, avaliando sua correção, segurança, desempenho, legibilidade e aderência à arquitetura e às regras de negócio.
  • Desenvolver, evoluir e manter aplicações backend em Java, utilizando Spring e JPA.
  • Desenvolver interfaces frontend com frameworks JavaScript para aplicações SPA, garantindo a integração com os serviços backend.
  • Elaborar consultas SQL, manipular dados e contribuir para a manutenção e o desempenho de bancos de dados relacionais.
  • Escrever testes automatizados que validem as especificações, utilizando-os como principal mecanismo para garantir a confiabilidade do código gerado.
  • Investigar falhas, identificar suas causas raiz e corrigir problemas, evitando aceitar soluções que simplesmente funcionem, mas cujo funcionamento não seja compreendido.

Requirements

Requisitos

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos com desenvolvimento Java.
  • Conhecimento e experiência prática com Spring e JPA.
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e SQL.
  • Experiência com testes automatizados.
  • Experiência com frameworks JavaScript para SPA.
  • Experiência com Git para controle de versão e colaboração.
  • Capacidade de escrever especificações e critérios de aceite claros e objetivos.
  • Pensamento crítico para questionar, validar e corrigir saídas de IA, entendendo o que está sendo entregue e por quê.
  • Boa comunicação escrita, já que a qualidade da especificação define a qualidade do resultado.

Desejáveis

  • Experiência prévia com assistentes de IA no desenvolvimento (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor etc.) e prática com spec-driven development.
  • Vivência em time ágil.
  • Conhecimento em Docker, Vue.js ou Ruby on Rails.
  • Experiência com revisão de código e definição de padrões de qualidade.
