Zur Verstärkung unserer zentralen Finanzbuchhaltung am Standort Berlin suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du prüfst, kontierst und buchst Eingangsrechnungen und begleitest die entsprechenden Freigabeprozesse.
  • Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen und überwachst die offenen Posten.
  • Du übernimmst das Mahnwesen und klärst buchhalterische Rückfragen mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Du pflegst Kreditoren- und Debitorenstammdaten und führst Kontenabstimmungen durch.
  • Du wirkst bei Intercompany-Verrechnungen innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren- und/oder Debitorenbuchhaltung mit.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der relevanten handels- und umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Vorschriften.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP Business ByDesign, und arbeitest sicher mit MS Excel.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du bist teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
