Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Technischen Projektleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Wenn du Freude daran hast, technische Projekte im Bereich der Telekommunikation zu überwachen und weiterzuentwickeln und über ein umfassendes Verständnis elektronischer Systeme und Telekommunikation verfügst, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest die Planung, Umsetzung und Auslieferung komplexer technischer Projekte im Bereich Elektronik oder Telekommunikation.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen – darunter Ingenieure, Designer, Lieferanten und Stakeholder – um Projektanforderungen zu definieren und Ziele gemeinsam zu erreichen.
  • Du identifizierst Projektrisiken und ergreifst proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung, um erfolgreiche Projektergebnisse sicherzustellen.
  • Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, dokumentierst Ergebnisse und informierst regelmäßig alle Beteiligten über Meilensteine, Herausforderungen und Erfolge.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Projektergebnisse den Qualitätsstandards, Branchenrichtlinien und technischen Vorgaben entsprechen.
  • Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Management und Kunden und kommunizierst transparent über Fortschritte und Ergebnisse.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Elektronik, Telekommunikation, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte in der Elektronik- oder Telekommunikationsbranche.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in elektronischen Systemen oder Telekommunikationsinfrastrukturen, einschließlich Protokollen und Technologien.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagementmethoden und Tools wie Agile, Scrum oder Waterfall.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Analytisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2) ist von Vorteil.
