Tareas laborales diarias Atención de equipos correctivo y preventivos de tecnologías de ATM NCR – Terminales punto de Venta. Llenado de reportes / folios de atención de servicio. Actualización de sistema atreves de aplicación de la empresa. Recuperación y retorno de partes entrega de partes. Tener comunicaciones con las diferentes áreas de la operación. Seguir niveles de escalamiento y comunicación con supervisión operativa. Sin zonas específicas de trabajo.

Requisitos básicos Graduación: Técnico o Ingeniero en Computación HW y SW. Técnico o ingeniero en electrónica. Técnico o Ingeniero en Redes - networking. Utilización de Multimetro, Uso de Laptop para envío de Pings, Herramientas mecánicas.
