Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen für unser zukünftiges Projekt „Boxen- und Ladungsträgermanagement in SAP / Beleglose Produktion“ einen Masteranden (m/w/d)

Ziel des Projekts:

Derzeit werden in der Produktion für jede Box sowie für jeden Transportwagen Etiketten gedruckt, um Materialien und Waren eindeutig zu identifizieren.

Ziel dieses Projekts ist es zu prüfen, ob und in welcher Form Waren direkt auf Ladungsträger, Boxen und die zugehörigen Transportwagen gebucht werden können. Dadurch sollen folgende Ziele erreicht werden:

  • eine weiterhin eindeutige und nachvollziehbare Identifikation der Ware
  • eine deutliche Reduzierung bzw. der weitgehende Verzicht auf gedruckte Etiketten
  • effizientere, transparentere und nachhaltigere Produktions- und Logistikprozesse

Der Schwerpunkt des Projekts liegt auf der technischen und organisatorischen Umsetzbarkeit innerhalb der bestehenden SAP-Systemlandschaft.

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Durchführung einer IST‑Analyse der aktuellen Prozesse im Boxen‑ und Ladungsträgermanagement
  • Aufnahme und Dokumentation der heutigen Arbeitsabläufe (inkl. Etikettendruck und -handling)
  • Durchführung von Zeitstudien / Zeitmessungen der relevanten Prozesse
  • Analyse der Vor‑ und Nachteile des heutigen und eines zukünftigen beleglosen Prozesses
  • Bewertung der technischen Möglichkeiten in SAPBuchung auf Ladungsträger Identifikation von Boxen und Transportwagen Nutzung relevanter SAP-Objekte und -Prozesse
  • Prüfung der organisatorischen Voraussetzungen und Auswirkungen in der Produktion
  • Analyse, welche SAP‑Dokumente und Prozesse angepasst werden müssten
  • Strukturierte Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse inkl.:Entscheidungsgrundlagen Handlungsempfehlungen Management‑tauglicher Präsentation
  • Erstellung der Masterarbeit auf Basis der Projektergebnisse.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Aktuelle Immatrikulation in einem Masterstudiengang (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar)
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und bist zuverlässig
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Du bringst ein großes Interesse für Produktions-, Logistik- und SAP-Prozesse mit
  • Du bist stark in der Organisation Deiner Aufgaben
  • Du hast eine klare Kommunikation
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Du hast erste Kenntnisse in SAP (z. B. SAP GUI, S/4 Hana, Fiori, IBP, MES-Anbindung)
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
