Notre site de La Verpillière (38), situé à 30 minutes de Lyon, regroupe environ 700 collaborateurs. Nos deux activités principales y sont l’injection plastique et l’assemblage automatisé. Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Approvisionnement et Planning, au sein du service Supply Chain, vous êtes garant(e) de la construction et du suivi du plan de production du site. Votre rôle central dans l’usine s’articule autour de deux volets complémentaires : la gestion de la demande client et le pilotage capacitaire des moyens industriels et humains de l’usine.

Pilotage capacitaire/prévisions clients

  • Réalisez l’analyse charge/capacité des prévisions clients, élaborez les différents scénarios des plans de production et animez les points d’arbitrages
  • Récoltez, examinez et coordonnez les besoins des clients internes (services techniques, maintenance)
  • Représenter le service dans les réunions projets de développement de nouveaux moyens et produits

Suivi du plan de production/commandes clients

  • Analysez les commandes clients et les traduire en plan de production
  • Pilotez les stocks de semi-finis/produits finis en créant des ordres de fabrication en fonction des besoins clients donné par le Service client : disponibilité des produits, stocks bloqués et obsolescents, identification des surstocks et des risques de rupture avec mise en place d’actions correctives
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe approvisionnement sur la disponibilité des produits achetés
  • Animer les réunions de planification

Pilotage et amélioration continue

  • Assurer un reporting régulier sur vos KPI
  • Réalisez le suivi et expliquer les écarts du planning de production
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de progrès de votre service et du site

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+5 type école d’ingénieur / commerce ou master en supply chain, logistique ou génie industriel
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience en planification industrielle
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes informatisés et de gestion intégrée ERP, MES, Power BI
  • Vous maîtrisez le pack Office
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), fiable et persévérant(e)
  • Vous avez de solides qualités relationnelles, à tous les niveaux de l’usine comme du Groupe, et faites preuve de résilience
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais (échanges réguliers à l’international)
  • Une connaissance du milieu de la plasturgie est un plus
