Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar as equipes da unidade, garantindo a qualidade, produtividade e eficiência do atendimento ao cliente.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, metas e pesquisas de satisfação, promovendo ações de melhoria contínua.
  • Organizar agendas médicas e assegurar o fluxo adequado de consultas, exames e cirurgias.
  • Prestar suporte à equipe, realizando treinamentos, orientações e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.
  • Atuar na resolução de demandas junto a pacientes, médicos e operadoras de saúde.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos processos, normas de qualidade e requisitos de auditorias e certificações.
  • Participar do processo de recrutamento e seleção de novos colaboradores em parceria com o RH.
  • Gerenciar recursos e acompanhar o orçamento da área, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos.
  • Dentre outras atividades pertinentes a função.

Requisitos do Cargo:

  • Informática: Pacote Office avançado;
  • Atuação na área da saúde;
  • Atuação em coordenação;
  • Conhecimentos em sistemas;

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Graduação completa em administração e/ou áreas afins;
  • Acreditação ONA;
  • Experiência em oftalmologia.

Horário de trabalho:

  • Segunda à sexta-feira 8h as 18h
