Description du poste :

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de chargé de formulation.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que chargé de formulation, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur cosmétique. Rattaché à une équipe, vous interviendrez sur un projet de recherche et développement sur divers produits.

Vous serez impliqué.e sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Concevoir et développer de nouvelles formulations dermo-cosmétiques de la phase de conception jusqu’à leur mise au point.
  • Travailler à partir d’un brief pour proposer des solutions innovantes et adaptées aux attentes du produit.
  • Sélectionner les matières premières et définir les associations d’ingrédients pertinentes.
  • Réaliser les essais de formulation et assurer leur optimisation.
  • Analyser les résultats des essais et identifier les axes d’amélioration.
  • Être force de proposition sur les choix techniques et les orientations de développement.
  • Participer à la résolution des problématiques rencontrées lors des développements.
  • Assurer la documentation et le suivi des travaux de formulation.
  • Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs impliqués dans le développement des produits.

Le profil recherché

  • 5 ans d’expérience en formulation, idéalement dans le secteur cosmétique ou dermo-cosmétique.
  • Votre maîtrise des techniques de formulation cosmétique ;
  • Votre créativité et votre capacité à imaginer de nouvelles solutions ;
  • Votre autonomie dans la conduite des développements ;
  • Votre esprit d’initiative et votre capacité à être force de proposition ;
  • Votre capacité à résoudre des problématiques techniques ;
  • Votre rigueur et votre sens du résultat.
