Description du poste :

Devenir consultant chez NEO2 c’est :

En tant que Consultant Qualité Agroalimentaire, vous intervenez auprès de nos clients afin de garantir la conformité, la performance et l'amélioration continue des processus de production agroalimentaire.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • Suivre la politique qualité et sécurité alimentaire sur les sites de production ;
  • Actualiser et faire respecter les procédures et instructions qualité ;
  • Assurer le suivi des exigences réglementaires applicables au secteur agroalimentaire ;
  • Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation des audits internes, clients, fournisseurs et de certification ;
  • Suivre les plans d'actions issus des audits et veiller à leur mise en œuvre ;
  • Analyser les non-conformités, réclamations et incidents qualité ;
  • Contribuer à la gestion des risques liés à la sécurité des denrées alimentaires ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité et préparer les reportings auprès des équipes projet et de la direction

Le profil recherché

De formation Ingénieur ou Bac+5 en qualité, agroalimentaire ou équivalent, vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en qualité agroalimentaire, assurance qualité ou sécurité des aliments.

La connaissance des référentiels et normes du secteur agroalimentaire est indispensable ;

Une expérience dans la nutrition animale sera valorisée.

Rigoureux, autonome et doté d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes capable d'intervenir dans un environnement industriel exigeant et de communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
