Description du poste :

Devenir consultant chez NEO2 c’est :

En tant qu'Ingénieur OPC / Planificateur, vous êtes responsable du pilotage et du suivi de l'avancement des opérations, en veillant au respect des délais, des interfaces et du planning général du projet.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les plannings détaillés des opérations ;
  • Construire et structurer les plannings sur Primavera P6 ;
  • Définir les différentes phases, tâches, jalons et interfaces du projet ;
  • Consolider les plannings des différents intervenants ;
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux ;
  • Mesurer les écarts entre le planning prévisionnel et l'avancement réel ;
  • Identifier les dérives de planning et analyser leurs causes ;
  • Proposer et suivre les actions correctives nécessaires ;
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance et d'avancement ;
  • Réaliser les analyses de chemin critique et identifier les activités à fort enjeu ;
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents lots et entreprises ;
  • Identifier et suivre les interfaces et contraintes entre les différents corps d'état ;
  • Organiser et animer les réunions de coordination et réunions OPC ;
  • Préparer les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des actions ;
  • Participer à la coordination des phases de préparation, d'exécution, d'essais et de réception ;
  • Assurer le reporting auprès du directeur de projet et des différentes parties prenantes ;
  • Participer à l'élaboration de scénarios de rattrapage en cas de dérive du planning.

Le profil recherché

De formation Ingénieur ou Bac+5 dans le domaine du bâtiment, du génie civil, de l'ingénierie ou de la gestion de projet, vous disposez d'une expérience significative en OPC, planification ou pilotage de projets.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement Primavera P6 et êtes capable de construire, suivre et analyser un planning complexe de manière autonome.

Une expérience sur des projets de grande envergure dans les secteurs suivants est particulièrement appréciée :

  • Bâtiment ;
  • Infrastructure ;
  • Ferroviaire ;
  • Data Center ;
  • Industrie ;
  • Travaux publics ;
  • Équipements publics.
