El Analista de datos es el responsable de realizar los modelos estadísticos y análisis de conjuntos de datos estructurados y no estructurados para desarrollar métricas, informes y visualizaciones de tendencias y patrones de los diferentes proyectos y procesos a nivel transversal, de acuerdo con los requerimientos y necesidades de la estrategia definida.

En general su función está ligada a toda la integración y generación de los datos Latam, requiere la identificación y trabajo en tendencias, modelos que se pueden generar a través de la data, ejemplo optimización de precios, indicadores de desempeño etc., eventualmente se van a optimizar esos indicadores de desempeño a partir de la data, no solo desde el procesamiento de datos si no también desde el análisis y generación de valor desde el rol como analista.

1. Trabaja con la organización tecnológica y los usuarios finales empresariales para comprender las necesidades de datos y análisis a fin de desarrollar requisitos técnicos. 2. Colabora con las funciones de desarrollo y gestión de datos para identificar y capturar la información necesaria de fuentes internas y externas. 3. Crea y mantiene modelos estadísticos para la revisión y el análisis continuos y ad hoc de los datos. 4. Utiliza programas, herramientas y técnicas de visualización de datos para generar cuadros de mando, informes y presentaciones que faciliten la narración, la comprensión y la interpretación de tendencias y patrones de importancia para la Compañía. 5. Procesa y analiza grandes cantidades de datos para transformar información en conocimiento útil de ayuda a la empresa para tomar decisiones estratégicas

1. Generar informes, comparativos, e indicadores para las áreas comerciales y de operaciones en Power BI, Excel u otras herramientas informáticas utilizando información obtenida de fuentes como Microsoft Azure, Lagos de datos (Data Lake) o extractos de ERP´s como SAP Business One, Intelisis y TOTVS

2. Preparación de datos de POS (NIT o RUC / Precio / Cant. / SKU / Descripción), los datos sin procesar llegan a través del proceso mensual recurrente de los socios del canal con el propósito de evaluar constantemente la mejora continua en procesos de recopilación de datos

3. Generar informe de costos de inventario (FOB + Aduana + Flete + Seguro) e información de fin de mes desde 3PL. Casos puntuales que requieran actualización, estandarización de los reportes

4. Informar el producto de corta fecha de 3PL para el plan de activación comercial y de marketing. Este está automatizado, modificar filtros esporádicamente

5. Consolidar la información logística de proveedores para visibilidad a diversas áreas y procesos (Agente de Aduana, 3PL, Equipo Comercial)

Requisitos del Perfil

Destrezas y competencias:

Competencia analítica: comprender una tarea, procesar los datos e informar a quien toma las decisiones

Comunicación de la Información: Qué, cuándo, quién y cómo comunicar los procesos de datos

Mejora de tareas: identificar posibles mejoras en los procesos e informar a los líderes para implementarlas

Educación y experiencia:

Carreras en Ingeniería de Sistemas. Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o similar con enfoque en análisis de datos.

Microsoft Azure, extracción de datos a través de conexiones API

• Experiencia con SAP/PBI/Excel (Avanzado)

• Más de 3 años de experiencia

• ingles: Intermedio – Alto (speaking & writing )
