Die NEOS-Delegation im Europäischen Parlament besteht aus einem engagierten Team, das sich für eine transparente, zukunftsorientierte und pro-europäische Politik einsetzt. Unsere beiden Abgeordneten, Helmut Brandstätter und Anna Stürgkh, bringen vielseitige Erfahrungen aus Journalismus, Wissenschaft und politischer Arbeit mit und vertreten NEOS mit klaren, liberalen Positionen auf europäischer Ebene. Der Fokus liegt hierbei insbesondere auf den Feldern Außenpolitik, Demokratieschutz, Wirtschaft und Energie. Unterstützt werden sie von einem dynamischen Team, das an den politischen Strategien und parlamentarischen Initiativen arbeitet, sowie den täglichen politischen Betrieb in Brüssel organisiert. Damit diese Positionen und Tätigkeiten auch ankommen, braucht es starke Kommunikation: Für die Delegation ist Pressearbeit kein Beiwerk, sondern ein zentraler Teil der politischen Arbeit.

Unser Kommunikationsteam, bestehend aus Pressesprecherin und Social Media Managerin, sucht eine Karenzvertretung im Pressebereich!

Du bist zuhause in europäischer Politik und politischer Kommunikation? Du kannst komplexe Themen pointiert auf den Punkt bringen und zielgruppengerecht transportieren? Wenn du diese Fragen mit JA beantworten kannst, dann bewirb dich bei uns!

Du vertrittst unsere Anliegen eigenständig gegenüber Medien und Journalist:innen, verfasst Presseaussendungen und Briefing-Unterlagen und arbeitest eng mit unserem Kommunikationsteam im täglichen politischen Betrieb zusammen. Eigene Ideen und Impulse sind dabei ausdrücklich willkommen!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Presseterminen, Briefings und Pressekonferenzen, sowie aktives Beziehungsmanagement zu Journalist:innen und Medienakteur:innen.
  • Verfassen und Versenden von Pressemitteilungen, Erstellen von Medienbriefings, Koordination und Platzierung von Interviews (Print, TV, Radio, Podcasts).
  • Vorbereitung der Abgeordneten für Medienauftritte, durch Erstellen von Talking Points, Reden und Briefings.
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Redaktion von Inhalten für Newsletter, Website und Pressearbeit.
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Social Media Managerin und gelegentliche Unterstützung bei Produktionen.
  • Mitverantwortung für die strategische Kommunikationsplanung und -umsetzung des NEOS EU-Büros, inklusive Entwicklung von Kernbotschaften, Themen- und Medienstrategien.
  • Medienbeobachtung, sowie Reichweiten- und Impact-Reporting zur Bewertung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit dem NEOS Parlamentsklub und RENEW Europe.

Deine Qualifikationen und Qualitäten

  • Du identifizierst dich mit den Grundwerten und politischen Zielen von NEOS.
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in politischer Kommunikation, Pressearbeit oder Journalismus.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Belastbarkeit, schnelle Entscheidungsfähigkeit und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch aus – selbst in hektischen Momenten.
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit dich rasch in komplexe Themeninhalte einzuarbeiten und diese medientauglich aufzubereiten.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling, politische Sensibilität und Urteilsfähigkeit.
  • Bestenfalls hast du ein gutes Auge für Fotografie und Videografie.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Französisch ist von Vorteil.
