Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützende Begleitung des Landessprechers in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen des politischen Alltags
  • Reiseplanung und Reisekoordination: Eigenständige Koordination, Planung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen
  • Begleitung des Landessprechers bei Terminen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zu Mitarbeiter:innen, Funktionär:innen, Partnerorganisationen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten, Datenpflege sowie Dokumentenmanagement, Bearbeitung der internen und externen Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen

Deine Qualifikationen und Qualitäten

  • Berufserfahrung im Assistenz-, Office-Management- oder organisatorischen Bereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten
  • Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft für neue digitale Werkzeuge und Prozesse sowie ein auf Effizienz und Qualität ausgerichtetes Mindset
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Rasches Auffassungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikative und verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftreten
  • Flexibilität sowie Interesse an politischen Themen und Abläufen
