부서소개

내부회계 담당자는 전사 업무 프로세스와 재무보고 관련 통제를 점검하고 운영하며 내부회계관리제도의 안정적인 운영과 고도화를 지원합니다. 또한 각 주요 업무 프로세스의 통제 적정성을 검토하고 내부회계 관련 이슈를 사전에 파악하여 개선하는 역할을 담당합니다. 단순한 통제 수행을 넘어 회사의 주요 업무 및 재무 프로세스에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 리스크를 식별하고 효율적인 내부통제 체계를 구축·운영하는 역할을 수행합니다.

담당 업무

  • 전사 내부회계관리제도의 설계 및 운영 평가를 수행합니다.
  • 업무 프로세스별 통제활동의 설계 적정성 및 운영 효과성을 점검합니다.
  • 연간 내부회계관리제도 평가 계획에 따라 평가를 수행하고 관련 증빙 및 결과를 관리합니다.
  • 평가 과정에서 확인된 이슈를 분석하고 유관 부서와 개선 방향을 협의합니다.
  • IT 일반통제(ITGC)의 주요 통제활동에 대한 운영 현황 및 적정성을 점검합니다.
  • 사용자 접근권한, 프로그램 변경관리, IT 운영관리 등 주요 IT 통제의 운영 및 증빙을 검토합니다.
  • IT 시스템 및 업무 프로세스 변경에 따른 내부통제 영향을 검토하고 필요한 개선사항을 도출합니다.
  • IT 부서 및 유관 조직과 협업하여 ITGC 관련 이슈 및 개선사항을 관리합니다.
  • 프로세스별 통제기술서(RCM)를 작성 및 관리하고 정기적으로 적정성을 검토합니다.
  • 업무 프로세스, 시스템 및 조직 변경사항을 파악하여 내부통제 및 RCM에 반영합니다.
  • 신규 업무 및 프로세스 변경에 따른 위험과 통제활동을 분석하고 필요한 통제를 설계합니다.
  • 내부회계 관련 정책 및 기준 변경사항을 검토하여 통제 문서 및 운영 기준에 반영합니다.
  • 내부회계관리제도 평가 과정에서 발견된 통제 미비점을 분석하고 개선 필요사항을 도출합니다.
  • 미비점의 원인 및 재무보고에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 개선 방안을 수립합니다.
  • 개선 결과를 점검하고 재발 방지를 위한 통제 보완 및 프로세스 개선을 지원합니다.
  • 외부감사인의 내부회계관리제도 감사 및 검토 업무에 대응합니다.
  • 감사 요청자료 및 통제 운영 관련 증빙을 준비하고 제출 자료를 관리합니다.
  • 외부감사인의 질의 및 요청사항을 분석하고 유관 부서와 협업하여 대응합니다.
  • 감사 과정에서 제기된 이슈 및 개선사항을 검토하고 후속 조치를 관리합니다.

자격 요건

  • 내부회계 업무 경험이 있으신 분
  • 회계 분야 관련 경력 3년 이상이신 분
  • 내부회계관리제도의 기본적인 구조 및 운영 프로세스에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
  • 내부회계관리제도 운영평가 또는 설계평가 업무를 경험해보신 분
  • 감사인 및 유관 부서와 원활하게 커뮤니케이션하며 업무를 수행할 수 있으신 분
  • Excel 및 MS Office를 활용한 자료 작성 및 데이터 정리 역량을 갖추신 분

우대 사항

  • 내부회계관리제도 운영 및 평가 업무를 End-to-End로 수행해보신 분
  • 상장회사 또는 대기업에서 내부회계관리제도 운영 경험이 있으신 분
  • ERP 등 전산시스템과 연계된 내부통제 및 ITGC 관련 업무 경험이 있으신 분
  • 다양한 유관 부서와 원활하게 협업하고 주도적으로 업무를 추진할 수 있으신 분

고용 형태

  • 계약직 (1년 6개월 / 수습 3개월)
  • 계약 종료 후 정규직 전환을 고려하고 있지 않은 포지션 입니다.
