Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij een enthousiaste stagiair SOC. Je hoeft nog geen uitgebreide technische kennis te hebben, want motivatie, leergierigheid en een sociale houding vinden wij belangrijker.

Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair ondersteun je collega’s bij het oplossen van ICT-vragen en storingen. Je helpt mee aan een innovatieve, betrouwbare en efficiënte ICT-omgeving die aansluit op de behoeften van de organisatie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het beantwoorden van eerste-, tweede- en derdelijns ICT-vragen;
  • Ondersteunen bij incidenten en storingen van: netwerk- en hardwarecomponenten; softwareapplicaties; e-mail en werkplekken;
  • Meewerken aan de helpdeskfunctie;
  • Collega’s uitleg geven over systemen, software en apparatuur;
  • Bijdragen aan het voorkomen van klachten en technische problemen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Voor iedere stagiair geldt dat je:

  • Nederlands en Engels spreekt op een redelijk niveau;
  • Interesse hebt in ICT;
  • Sociaal en communicatief vaardig bent;
  • Niet bang bent om mensen te helpen of vragen te stellen;
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd bent.
  • Technische kennis is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Wij vinden het belangrijker dat je enthousiast bent en graag wilt leren.
