Gesucht wird ein Junior Vertriebsinnendienst Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der kommunikativ, organisiert und vertriebsaffin ist – und Lust hat, neue Leads zu finden, Chancen zu erkennen und den Vertriebsprozess aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du recherchierst und identifizierst neue Leads und entwickelst daraus erste Kontakte.
  • Du vereinbarst Termine für Präsentationen, Pitches und Gespräche – und hilfst bei der Vorbereitung.
  • Du weißt, dass Vertrieb bedeutet, dran zu bleiben: Du setzt Wiedervorlagen, erinnerst dich an den richtigen Zeitpunkt für den nächsten Kontakt und bleibst im richtigen Takt am Ball.
  • Du arbeitest mit einem CRM-System (nicht HubSpot), pflegst deine Kontakte sauber ein und hast den vollen Überblick über offene Aufgaben, Follow-ups und Timings.
  • Du erkennst Verkaufspotenziale, entwickelst daraus Chancen – und verlierst dabei nie die Übersicht.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv ein, wenn es um Kampagnen, Events oder interne Vertriebsprozesse geht.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Kundenbetreuung oder willst als Quereinsteiger mit Vertriebstalent durchstarten.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, neugierig und liebst es, Menschen zu überzeugen – aber ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
  • Du bist sehr gut organisiert, setzt dir selbst Wiedervorlagen, arbeitest strukturiert und denkst in Prozessen.
  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation – du wartest nicht, bis man dir sagt, was zu tun ist.
  • Du kennst dich mit gängigen CRM-Systemen aus und nutzt sie als dein persönliches Gedächtnis.
  • Du bist teamfähig, offen und teilst gerne dein Wissen – denn bei nerdware zählt Miteinander mehr als Ellenbogen.
