Vertrieb – klingt nach dir? Dann sollten wir reden. ;) Du möchtest nicht nur zuschauen, sondern wirklich etwas bewegen? Du willst erleben, wie aus einem ersten Kontakt ein Gespräch, aus einem Gespräch ein Kunde und aus Technologie echtes Business wird? Dann könnte nerdware gut zu dir passen. Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der kommunikativ, organisiert und vertriebsaffin ist und Lust hat, neue Leads zu finden, Chancen zu erkennen und unseren Vertriebsprozess aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Der Griff zum Hörer schreckt dich nicht ab: Du rufst Entscheiderinnen und Entscheider an und öffnest so Türen, die per Mail verschlossen bleiben würden. Jeder gute Call ist dein Erfolg
  • Du unterstützt auch bei der Erstansprache per E-Mail und LinkedIn und vereinbarst Termine für Präsentationen, Pitches und Gespräche
  • Du recherchierst potenzielle Kunden und Ansprechpartner und bekommst einen echten Einblick in modernen B2B-Vertrieb
  • Du hilfst bei der Leadgenerierung und Qualifizierung von Leads und erkennst, wo sich echte Verkaufschancen ergeben
  • Du pflegst unser CRM und behältst den Überblick über Kontakte, Follow-ups und nächste Schritte
  • Du bereitest Kundentermine mit vor und unterstützt bei Follow-ups
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, auch zur Verbesserung unserer Vertriebsprozesse, und kannst Themen selbstständig übernehmen

Dein Profil

Du passt zu uns, wenn du …

  • neugierig bist und gerne neue Dinge ausprobierst
  • dich für Vertrieb und Technologie interessierst
  • gerne kommunizierst und Menschen überzeugen kannst, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, auch am Telefon
  • sehr gut organisiert bist, strukturiert arbeitest und in Prozessen denkst
  • hartnäckig dranbleibst, wenn andere schon aufgeben
  • eigenmotiviert bist und Dinge auch mal selbst anstößt, teamfähig und offen bist und gerne dein Wissen teilst

Nice to have

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Erfahrung mit LinkedIn als Vertriebskanal
  • Erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot)
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und überzeugende Kommunikation
  • Interesse an KI, Software und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
