As a Key Account Manager at Nestlé Purina PetCare Switzerland, your mission is to own and steer the commercial performance of strategic retail customers in Switzerland, delivering sustainable growth, profitability, market share and excellent execution. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with customer stakeholders and with , Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and key support teams. How you'll make an impact as a* *Key Account Manager

  • Leading the commercial performance of assigned retail customers, taking ownership of sales, profitability, market share, distribution, forecasting and trade investment outcomes
  • Driving customer strategy and joint business planning that translate category priorities into strong customer plans and sustainable profitable growth
  • Building trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and leading impactful negotiations supported by strong financial insight, clear priorities and sound investment choices
  • Steering accurate customer forecasting, baseline and promotional planning, while driving best\-in\-class execution of promotions, launches, distribution initiatives and commercial plans to strengthen customer and category performance
  • Turning shopper, category, customer and financial insights into fact\-based recommendations that improve business performance and decision\-making
  • Aligning cross\-functional teams around customer priorities, enabling focused execution and creating shared value for customers, consumers and Purina

What will make you successful

  • Bringing relevant expertise gained through education or professional experience combined with proven track record in solid key account management in fast\-moving consumer goods or retail, with proven ownership of customer growth, profitability and market share
  • Bringing eCommerce experience would be a strong asset
  • Applying strong commercial and financial acumen to manage customer performance, trade investments, forecasting, budgeting and profitability decisions
  • Using negotiation, customer planning and relationship\-building skills to influence senior stakeholders and deliver mutually valuable business outcome
  • Collaborating across functions with confidence, resilience and accountability to turn strategies, insights and priorities into excellent execution
  • Communicating fluently in and English, French is an advantage.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value
