Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly created team within Enterprise Change & Delivery and help shape how some of Nest's most important change initiatives are delivered. Working closely with the Strategic Delivery and Partnership Lead, you'll be brought into complex, high-profile challenges that sit across teams, functions and our strategic delivery partner, TCS. One day you might be investigating how and where your expertise will ensure a change programme keeps momentum; the next, you could be analysing operating models, reviewing technical designs, facilitating stakeholder workshops or helping senior leaders make informed decisions on the future direction of delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at pace and has the drive to get to the root of problems, working across organisational boundaries and turning ambiguity into practical solutions.

If you're looking for variety, visibility and the opportunity to influence how change happens at scale, this role offers all three. You'll work with colleagues across Customer Experience, Product, Technology, Operations and Change, helping improve how Nest and TCS work together to deliver better outcomes for our members. It's an opportunity to apply your business analysis expertise in a broader, more strategic way, combining analysis, delivery insight, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to help shape the future of change delivery at Nest.

Essential skills and experience

  • Proven experience working within a complex, matrixed and regulated financial services environment, navigating change, competing priorities and diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, process mapping, impact assessments and options analysis, with the ability to identify root causes, analyse evidence and translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Experience working within enterprise change, transformation and delivery environment
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers, strategic partners or outsourced service providers, with the ability to build effective relationships and navigate delivery challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge constructively and broker solutions across diverse groups.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how delivery approaches, cost models and changing requirements can influence outcomes, decisions and delivery performance

Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential. At Nest, you’ll have access to a range of learning opportunities to learn, grow and build the skills you need to be successful in your role and career.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
