Als IT-Support-Techniker bist du ​der erste Ansprechpartner ​unserer Kunden. Du verstehst ​technische Problemstellungen, findest Lösungen und kannst diese per Fernwartung oder vor Ort beim Kunden anwenden.

In Projekten unterstützt du bei der Installation von Servern, PC- und Notebook-Arbeitsplätzen, Firewalls und ​IP-Telefonanlagen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme von Anrufen auf der 1st-Level-Support-Hotline
  • Gemeinsame Problemlösung mit dem Kunden am Telefon
  • Aufnahme von Problemfällen und Dokumentation in einem Ticketsystem
  • Troubleshooting im Bereich Hard- und Software in einer Windows-Umgebung
  • Übergabe von Tickets an den 2nd-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Technische Affinität im Bereich Windows
  • Systematische Vorgehensweise im Bereich Problemlösung
  • Durchhaltevermögen bei der Fehlersuche auch bei kniffligen Support-Fällen
  • Bereitschaft, dich in neue und herausfordernde Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, ein freundliches Wesen und kundenorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon
