Wir bietet motivierten Praktikant:innen die Gelegenheit, praktische Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen IT-Umfeld zu sammeln. Als Praktikant:in erhältst du bei uns Einblick in die Arbeitswelt eines IT-Support-Technikers. Du begleitest unsere Kolleg:innen bei der Bearbeitung von IT-Problemstellungen im Rahmen von Fernwartungen oder vor Ort beim Kunden.

Als Praktikant:in wirst du bei uns auch selbst aktiv. Du erhältst Aufgaben und Fragestellungen, die du gemeinsam mit dem Team während deines Praktikums erarbeiten kannst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Bearbeitung von Tickets in Begleitung durch einen Mentor
  • Vorbereitung der Dokumentationen für das Ticketsystem
  • Unterstützung des Teams

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Interesse an IT und Technikthemen
  • Du bist motiviert dein Praktikum aktiv für die Berufsfindung zu nutzen
  • Du verfügst über gute Umgangsformen und ein höfliches Auftreten
  • Du bist bereit dein Praktikum aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du bist engagagiert und besitzt Durchhaltevermögen
