:תיאור התפקיד

בתחום המצוינות התפעולית:

יוזמה והובלת תהליכי שיפור במפעל, זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור והתייעלות והפחתת ביזבוזים.

אחריות מקצועית על הטמעת תהליכי מצוינות תפעולית במפעל ובמחלקות הייצור – יצירת תרבות ארגונית של מצויינות תפעולית ולמקסם את הערך ללקוח.

ריכוז פעילות ה- OpEx המפעלית (מדדים, יעדים, תוכניות עבודה, הצעות ייעול) והצגתם ברמה המפעלית והגלובלית

הובלה, ליווי ומעקב אחר Kaizen המבוצעים במחלקות השונות, השתתפות בסיורי Gemba מפעליים, קיום הדרכות Lean לעובדים

ניתוח נתוני ייצור ותהליכי עבודה קיימים, תוך התייחסות לכשלים פוטנציאליים וצווארי בקבוק והובלת פעולות לשיפור תהליכים אלו

הובלת מבדקי OMA (OpEx Maturity Assessment) ו-5S

בתחום איכות הסביבה

מוביל איכות סביבה ואחראי רעלים אתרי

אחריות ומעקב על מדדים אתריים ומפעליים בנושא איכות הסביבה.

דיווח נתונים במערכת הארגון כגון: מכירות של פחת, פחתים, צריכות אנרגיה, שפכים, פליטות לאוויר ועוד.

אחריות על הכנה, ביצוע וסיכום של מבדקים פנימיים והובלה של מבדקי מכון התקנים באיכות הסביבה ומעקב אחר ביצוע פעולות מתקנות נדרשות

Requirements

  1. תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול/תואר ראשון רלוונטי – יתרון
  2. הסמכת LEAN ((Yellow/Green/Black Belt – יתרון משמעותי
  3. ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי שיפור – חובה.
  4. כישורי מנהיגות, תקשורת ועבודת צוות ברמה גבוהה- חובה
  5. שליטה ב- OFFICE וכלי BI – חובה.
  6. ניסיון בביצוע מבדקים פנימיים- יתרון
  7. שליטה ב-SAP- יתרון.
  8. שליטה טובה באנגלית- יתרון
