התפקיד כולל אחריות רחבה בתחום השכר ומהווה חלק מרכזי בפעילות השוטפת של המחלקה.

אורביה היא קבוצה גלובלית חדשנית הפועלת ביותר מ-110 מדינות במטרה לשפר חיים ברחבי העולם – מחקלאות מדויקת, דרך פיתוח תשתיות וערים חכמות, ועד חיבור קהילות למים, נתונים ובריאות.

נטפים, זרוע החקלאות של אורביה, היא החברה המובילה בעולם בתחום ההשקיה המדייקת, ופועלת למען עתיד בר קיימא באמצעות פתרונות המאפשרים לגדל יותר בעזרת פחות משאבים.

תחומי אחריות:

  • ניהול שוטף של נושאי השכר והנוכחות :קליטה ועזיבת עובדים, רישום ובדיקה של נתוני השכר במערכת השכר, תוך הקפדה על דיוק ועמידה בזמנים.
  • מתן שירות: מתן מענה מקצועי, יסודי ואדיב לספקי חוץ ולגורמים פנימיים בארגון (כמו עובדים ומנהלי ומש"א)
  • עיבוד שכר: אחראיות על תהליכים לטובת עיבודי השכר, מעקב ובקרה.
  • מערכות מידע: עדכון ותחזוקה שוטפת של נתוני נוכחות ושכר.
  • עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים: ממשקים פנימיים בארגון (מנהל מש"א, מנהלים, כספים) וממשקים חיצוניים (יצרני ביטוח, ספקי מערכות המידע, ביטוח לאומי)

Requirements

דרישות התפקיד:

  • השכלה: הסמכת חשבות שכר של לשכת רואי החשבון.
  • ניסיון מקצועי: ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בתפקיד דומה, עם עדיפות לניסיון בחברות גדולות או גלובליות.
  • ניסיון טכני: ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם מערכות חילן, בדגש על מערכת חילן פרו, נקסט ואופק.
  • מיומנויות: שליטה מלאה בתוכנת Excel נוסחאות, ניתוח נתונים Pivot
  • ידע בנושאי דיני עבודה, ביטוח לאומי ומיסים- יתרון.
  • יחסי אנוש: תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
  • שפות: אנגלית ברמה בסיסית (קריאה וכתיבה)
