Enterprise Growth:

  • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Build qualified pipeline across NYC and the broader tristate market.
  • Personally participate in strategic customer meetings and complex opportunities.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close significant opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain forecasting discipline.

Player-Coach & Market Development:

  • Participate in prospecting, customer meetings, and strategic deals.
  • Coach sales calls, proposals, discovery, and negotiation.
  • Build relationships with enterprise decision-makers, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent NetCom Learning at relevant customer, vendor and industry events.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Position NetCom Learning as a strategic workforce transformation partner across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and digital transformation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Delivery.
  • Build a repeatable and scalable sales operating model.

Must-Haves:

1) 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally 10–15 years across sales and leadership.

2) 3+ years of direct sales management experience.

3) Proven track record managing enterprise revenue/bookings targets.

4) Experience selling complex, consultative enterprise solutions.

5) Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales teams.

6) Strong track record of pipeline generation and enterprise deal closure.

7) Experience selling to senior business, technology, HR/L&D, or procurement stakeholders.

8) Strong CRM, forecasting, and opportunity-management discipline.

9) Strong NYC/tristate market familiarity.

10) Willingness to work from the NYC office and local market five days per week.

11) Strong interest in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and workforce transformation.

Good-to-Haves:

2) Experience with Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google Cloud, or similar ecosystems.

3) Background in technology services, IT consulting, managed services, AI, cybersecurity, or cloud.

4) Experience selling enterprise learning, certification, or workforce-development solutions.

5) Experience building a new territory, sales office, or business unit.

6) Experience with recurring-revenue, managed-service or multi-year agreements.

7) Strong technology partner/channel relationships.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
