The posting

Company Overview:

NetCom Learning, part of Sarder Inc., is a global provider of IT, AI and business skills training. We partner with leading technology vendors to deliver authorized training and certification programs to enterprises, public sector organizations and individual learners worldwide.

Our Vendor Sales team builds and grows revenue through these technology partnerships. Every conversation the team has with a prospect or partner shapes our pipeline, and this role makes sure those conversations are consistently high quality.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to own call quality and lead quality for our Vendor Sales team in Bangalore. You will audit sales calls, validate that leads are correctly qualified using the BANT framework, and turn your findings into clear feedback that helps reps improve and helps leadership trust the pipeline.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, quality and data. It suits someone who understands B2B sales conversations, listens critically, and is comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback. As our sales team supports US markets, this role works the US shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Key responsibilities

Call auditing

  • Audit a defined weekly sample of inbound and outbound sales calls against the Vendor Sales quality scorecard.
  • Evaluate calls on opening, discovery, product and vendor knowledge, objection handling, compliance, call control and next steps.
  • Identify critical errors such as misinformation, missed disclosures or unprofessional conduct, and escalate them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate audit records and score sheets in the CRM or QA tool.

Lead qualification

  • Review leads passed from SDRs and sales reps to confirm they meet qualification criteria before handover to account executives.
  • Validate lead data in the CRM: contact details, company, role, vendor or technology interest, and lead source.
  • Flag disqualified, duplicate or incomplete leads and work with reps to correct them.
  • Track lead acceptance and rejection reasons to spot recurring gaps.

BANT qualification

  • Verify that each qualified lead has clear evidence of Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline on the call and in CRM notes.
  • Listen for whether reps ask the right BANT questions and probe beyond surface answers.
  • Score BANT completeness and accuracy, and highlight leads advanced without sufficient qualification.
  • Recommend improvements to BANT question frameworks and call scripts.

Feedback and coaching

  • Share structured, timely feedback with reps and team leads after each audit cycle.
  • Run calibration sessions with sales managers to keep scoring consistent across auditors and teams.
  • Partner with Sales Training to identify skill gaps and contribute to coaching plans and refresher sessions.

Reporting and process improvement

  • Publish weekly and monthly quality reports on call scores, BANT compliance, lead acceptance rates and top improvement areas.
  • Analyse trends by rep, team, vendor and campaign, and present insights to Vendor Sales leadership.
  • Help maintain the QA scorecard, audit guidelines and qualification criteria as the business evolves.

How Success is measured:

  • Number of calls audited per week against the agreed sample target.
  • Audit accuracy and turnaround time from call to feedback.
  • Improvement in average call quality scores across the team.
  • BANT compliance rate on leads handed over to account executives.
  • Lead acceptance rate by account executives and reduction in rejected leads.
  • Consistency of scoring in calibration sessions.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline,
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales quality assurance, call auditing, or inside sales / lead generation, preferably in B2B, IT, SaaS or EdTech,
  • Hands-on understanding of lead qualification and the BANT framework.
  • Experience auditing calls against a scorecard and giving structured feedback.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a sharp ear for tone, accuracy and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking audits and building reports.
  • High attention to detail, objectivity and comfort giving candid feedback to sales reps.
  • Willingness to work the US shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) from our Bangalore office.

Good to have:

  • Experience with call recording or conversation intelligence tools such as Ring Central, Gong, Chorus or Aircall.
  • Familiarity with other qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or CHAMP.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar quality management methodologies.
  • Exposure to the IT training and certification market or technology vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco and others).
  • Experience running calibration sessions or contributing to sales training programs.
  • Experience supporting sales teams working with US or global markets.

Why Join us:

  • Direct impact on pipeline quality and revenue for a global training business.
  • Close exposure to Vendor Sales leadership and the chance to shape how quality is measured.
  • Learning opportunities across AI, cloud and IT certification programs.
  • A collaborative team culture with room to grow into QA lead or sales enablement roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
