Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker bij Netpresenter zorg je samen met een klein team voor een betrouwbare en goed georganiseerde bedrijfsadministratie. Je hebt een afwisselende functie waarin je zelfstandig werkzaamheden oppakt, snel schakelt en zorgt dat alles tijdig en correct wordt afgehandeld. Je kijkt bovendien verder dan alleen je dagelijkse taken. Zie je mogelijkheden om processen slimmer of efficiënter in te richten? Dan neem je initiatief en help je deze verbeteringen door te voeren.

Wat ga je zoal doen?

  • Je verzorgt de dagelijkse financiële administratie, waaronder het verwerken en controleren van grootboekmutaties, debiteuren, crediteuren en bankmutaties.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie, inclusief de administratieve afhandeling van bestellingen en projecten.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten over administratieve en financiële zaken en zorgt voor een vriendelijke, professionele communicatie.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen, bewaakt de voortgang van administratieve werkzaamheden en zorgt dat zaken netjes worden afgehandeld.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten van administratieve processen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en administratief verwerken van offertes, bestellingen en contractverlengingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de Facility Medewerker ondersteun je bij algemene facilitaire werkzaamheden, waaronder het ontvangen van bezoekers, telefoonbeantwoording en het verzorgen van de dagelijkse kantoorvoorzieningen, zoals lunches en voorraadbeheer.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een opleiding in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke financieel administratieve functie.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met het boekhoudprogramma Exact Globe+.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt gevoel voor cijfers.
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten en collega's op een prettige en professionele manier te woord te staan.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en hebt een echte getting things done mentaliteit.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het leuk om binnen een klein team verschillende werkzaamheden op te pakken.
