Ben jij sterk in elektrotechnisch tekenwerk en haal je voldoening uit het uitwerken van nauwkeurige technische schema's? Heb je ervaring met CAE/CAD-software en wil je jouw technische kennis inzetten binnen een complexe industriële omgeving?

Voor een industriële opdrachtgever in de Antwerpse haven zoeken we een CAE/CAD Designer E&I die instaat voor het ontwerpen, uitwerken en beheren van elektrotechnische tekeningen en instrumentatiedocumentatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met E&I Engineers, maintenance teams en externe engineeringpartners. Naast het uitwerken van nieuwe tekeningen zorg je ervoor dat bestaande schema's, engineeringdata en technische documentatie correct en actueel blijven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitwerken van basic en detailengineering voor elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en industriële besturingssystemen
  • Ontwerpen, aanpassen en beheren van technische tekeningen met CAE/CAD-tools zoals Prodok en BricsCAD
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van elektrische kringloopschema's, éénlijnsschema's, stroomkringschema's en instrumentatieloops
  • Uitwerken van kastschema's, bedradingsschema's, klemmenlijsten, kabellijsten en I/O-overzichten
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van logica- en regelschema's, netwerktopologieën, situatieplannen en opstellingstekeningen
  • Beheren en structureren van CAE-stamdata voor veldinstrumentatie, bekabeling, I/O-signalen en PLC/DCS- en SIS-systemen
  • Omzetten van technische schetsen, opmetingen en bestaande documentatie naar nauwkeurige digitale engineeringdocumenten
  • Converteren, migreren en actualiseren van bestaande CAE/CAD-bestanden en tekeningen
  • Verwerken van technische wijzigingen, revisies en as-built documentatie volgens de geldende engineeringstandaarden
  • Integreren en controleren van technische documentatie van leveranciers, externe engineeringpartners en package units
  • Opstellen en beheren van Ex i-kringbeschrijvingen voor intrinsiek veilige instrumentatie in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen
  • Ondersteunen van E&I Engineers en projectteams bij technische studies, modificaties en engineeringprojecten
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, consistentie en volledigheid van elektrotechnische tekeningen en engineeringdata
  • Mee optimaliseren van interne tekenstandaarden, symbolenbibliotheken en CAE/CAD-werkmethodes
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of een technisch A2-diploma met minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt een goede technische basis in industriële elektriciteit, instrumentatie en elektrotechnische schema's
  • Je hebt ervaring met CAE/CAD-tekenwerk binnen een industriële engineering- of onderhoudsomgeving
  • Kennis van Prodok en BricsCAD is een sterke troef
  • Je bent vertrouwd met elektrische schema's, loopdiagrammen, klemmenlijsten, I/O-lijsten en technische engineeringdocumentatie
  • Kennis van PLC/DCS-systemen, SIS, ATEX of intrinsiek veilige instrumentatie (Ex i) is een meerwaarde
  • Je hebt inzicht in engineeringstandaarden, documentbeheer, revisiecontrole en as-built documentatie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor technische details
  • Je kunt zelfstandig opdrachten uitvoeren en stemt vlot af met engineers, techniekers en externe partners
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede technische kennis van het Engels
