Job Description

A área de Sistemas Corporativos da NETZSCH Moagem está buscando um(a) estagiário(a) apaixonado(a) por tecnologia, desenvolvimento de software e Inteligência Artificial.

Procuramos alguém curioso, com forte raciocínio lógico e interesse em utilizar IA de forma prática para resolver problemas reais do negócio. Você terá a oportunidade de desenvolver aplicações, criar automações, construir agentes de IA e participar da transformação digital de diferentes áreas da empresa.

Aqui você não será apenas um usuário de IA. Você ajudará a construir soluções que aumentam a produtividade e automatizam processos corporativos.

Qualifications

Principais atividades

- Desenvolver aplicações e soluções digitais para atender demandas internas.

- Criar automações para reduzir atividades repetitivas e operacionais.

- Desenvolver e testar agentes de IA voltados para processos de negócio.

- Utilizar ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA, como Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot e similares.

- Apoiar a análise, especificação e documentação de requisitos.

- Participar da criação de soluções utilizando a metodologia Spec Driven Development.

- Elaborar documentação técnica e funcional das soluções desenvolvidas.

- Realizar testes estruturados para validação de sistemas e automações.

- Integrar soluções através de APIs e serviços corporativos.

- Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial nas áreas de negócio.

- Participar da prototipação rápida de soluções utilizando tecnologias low-code e no-code.

Requisitos

Estar cursando Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.

- Conhecimento de lógica de programação.

- Conhecimento básico de desenvolvimento de software.

- Capacidade de analisar problemas e propor soluções estruturadas.

- Boa comunicação escrita para documentação e especificação de soluções.

- Interesse genuíno por Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software.

- Conhecimento em versionamento de código (Git).

Diferenciais

- Experiência prática demonstrável com ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA, como Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor ou equivalentes.

- Participação em projetos próprios (GitHub, portfólio, projetos acadêmicos ou pessoais).

- Desenvolvimento de agentes de IA ou automações utilizando LLMs.

- Conhecimento em engenharia de prompts.

- Conhecimento em consumo de tokens, contexto e otimização de custos em aplicações de IA.

- Conhecimento sobre protocolos de integração entre aplicações e agentes de IA.

- Conhecimento em Power BI.

- Conhecimento em Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps e Copilot Studio).

- Experiência com Python, JavaScript, C#, Java ou linguagens similares.

- Conhecimento em APIs REST.

- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis.
